Adult Sunday School for ECPC

A New Ministry Year at ECPC – A New Emphasis for Adults

• A Name Change.  No more “ATF.”  It’s GospelConnect.  Why?  It better describes what we are about:
  • Gospel speaks of transformation
  • Connect speaks of relationship with God and one another

• A Single Large Group.  This is to help reinforce the dynamic of a growing Gospel-centered Community.  GospelConnect provides a place to interact with a variety of people and to make some new friends in a mid-sized setting (smaller than worship yet larger than a Small Group/HFC). 

• A New Approach.  We will be using a variety of formats, with ample opportunity for large and small group interaction, including panel discussions and personal testimonies.  You’ll see many different leaders and teachers, each carefully chosen in light of the day’s topic.

So what is GospelConnect all about?

It’s about learning to follow Christ, together, in Community.  It’s a place for you to make new friends and find a place where you belong at ECPC.  It’s about helping one another to become faithful disciples of Jesus, sharing our struggles, our doubts, and our joys together.  It’s a place to gather around the study of God’s Word, relating it to your own life situation, and allowing it to change what you think and value and do.  It’s about exploring some of the gifts the Lord has given to you, in a place that will support you as you begin to exercise them.

When does it start?

GospelConnect will kick off with a brunch on August 3rd at 9:15am (see invitation reverse side). After food and fellowship we will discuss the Fall plans in more detail. You don’t want to miss this.
